Building for the Harvest

Pastor Steven’s television outreach began in 1998 when Richard Shakarian, then International President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, interviewed him for the Fellowship’s half-hour television program, Good News!, which aired on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). What began as a single opportunity would become the beginning of a television ministry that would continue to expand for decades.

In the years that followed, the Lord opened many additional doors for Pastor Steven to share the Word of God through television. He was invited as a guest on numerous Christian networks and programs, giving him the opportunity to minister to audiences far beyond the walls of a local church. Those opportunities soon extended internationally as he traveled outside the United States to record television programs that were broadcast both overseas and throughout America.

As the television outreach continued to grow, a new season emerged. Pastor Steven, together with his wife, Pastor Kelly, sensed it was time to establish a television program of their own, and the half-hour program Pure Gold was born. Together, they embraced the vision of using television to bring strong, faith-filled biblical teaching to viewers across America and beyond. Pure Gold became an important extension of the ministry and has aired on many of the major Christian television networks broadcasting across the United States.
Yet Pure Gold was not the final destination. It was preparation for something greater.

After years of producing and broadcasting the half-hour program, the Lord began enlarging the vision in the hearts of Pastor Steven and Pastor Kelly. Rather than simply producing a program to air on other networks, they believed it was time for the ministry to take another significant step of faith and establish its own television network.

That vision became Pure Gold Television Network—a 24/7 Christian television network created to carry faith-filled programming and the message of Jesus Christ to viewers around the world.

From that first television interview in 1998, to appearing on networks in America and abroad, to producing the Pure Gold television program, and ultimately launching an entire network, each season has built upon the one before it.

And now, it is time for the next step in the vision—to raise a facility worthy of the message of the Gospel.

The new home of Pure Gold Television Network will consist of two purpose-built facilities connected by a walkway, encompassing approximately 7,200 square feet of space. One building will serve as the network’s dedicated television recording studio, providing a permanent home for the production of faith-filled programming. The second will serve as the administrative center of the network, providing the offices and operational space necessary to support and expand its growing worldwide outreach.

This facility will be more than a place to produce television. It will be a center from which the Gospel can be proclaimed, biblical teaching can be recorded and distributed, and programming can be sent across America and to nations around the world.
